INTERACTIVE RELATIONSHIP BETWEEN THE NECESSARY BEHAVIORS AND THE DESIRED OUTCOMES
When the TARGET and the SCOPE of the ReadAct MODEL are combined, each of the four quadrants of DESIRED OUTCOMES explained in part one, is bracketed by two of the BEHAVIORS explained in part two, one READ and one ACT. Examine these relationships in the combined illustration that follows.
Keep in mind that the four quadrants of the target are the Desired Outcomes, for each of which you will have clear, specific, and thorough metrics. The scope of behaviors refer to things you do to make the outcomes happen. Keep these distinctions in mind as we remove the bullseye from the graphic to reveal the final form of the heads up display template.
